Agreement to Terms
Welcome to ITQAN BMS provided by ITQAN BMS. By accessing or using our system, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
Definitions
- "System" refers to the ITQAN BMS software and services
- "User" refers to any individual accessing or using the System
- "Account" refers to a user profile with assigned credentials and permissions
- "Content" refers to offers, documents, data, and information stored in the System
- "Administrator" refers to users with administrative privileges

User Accounts and Registration
Account Creation
- Accounts are created by system administrators
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Account Security
You Must
- Use a strong, unique password
- Log out after each session
- Protect your login credentials
- Report suspicious activity immediately
You Must Not
- Share your credentials with others
- Allow unauthorized access
- Use another user's account
- Attempt to bypass security measures
Acceptable Use Policy
When using the System, you agree to:
- Use the System for legitimate business purposes
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Respect intellectual property rights
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity
- Cooperate with security audits and investigations
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Transmit malicious code or viruses
- Attempt unauthorized access or security breaches
- Interfere with system operations or other users
- Collect or harvest user information without consent
- Use the System for fraudulent or illegal purposes
- Reverse engineer or modify the System
- Overload or disrupt system infrastructure
- Remove or alter copyright notices or branding
Content and Data Ownership
Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload or create in the System. By using the System, you grant us:
- A license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide services
- Permission to back up your data for disaster recovery
- The right to use aggregated, anonymized data for system improvement
Our Intellectual Property
The System, including all software, designs, features, and documentation, is owned by ITQAN BMS and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
User Responsibilities
As a user of the System, you are responsible for:

System Availability
While we strive to provide continuous service:
- The System may be unavailable during maintenance windows
- We do not guarantee 100% uptime or uninterrupted access
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features
- We will provide advance notice of planned maintenance when possible
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- The System is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind
- We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim
- We are not responsible for data loss due to user error, hardware failure, or force majeure events
You assume all risks associated with using the System.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ITQAN BMS, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms of Service
- Your violation of any law or rights of a third party
- Your use or misuse of the System
- Your content or data submitted to the System
- Any unauthorized access using your account
Termination
By You
You may request account termination by contacting your system administrator.
By Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for:
- Violation of these Terms of Service
- Illegal or fraudulent activities
- Security breaches or threats
- Non-payment of fees (if applicable)
- Inactivity for extended periods
- Request from your organization's administrator
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the System, you consent to our privacy practices.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will:
- Notify users of significant changes through the System or email
- Update the "Effective Date" at the top of this document
- Provide reasonable notice before changes take effect
Continued use of the System after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with changes, you must discontinue using the System.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Jordan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the System shall be resolved through:
- Negotiation: Parties will attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiation
- Arbitration: If negotiation fails, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in Amman, Jordan
- Court Jurisdiction: If arbitration is unavailable, disputes will be resolved in the courts of Amman, Jordan
You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of these courts.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or agreements posted on the System, constitute the entire agreement between you and ITQAN BMS regarding your use of the System.
